Optima Bank expects METLEN to deliver a strong first half and an even stronger second half, ahead of its August 6 results.
For H1 2026, it forecasts:
• Revenue of €4.14bn (+14.7%)
• EBITDA of €501m (+12.6%)
• Net profit of €278m (+9.5%)
Most importantly, Optima expects earnings to accelerate further in H2 and forecasts full-year 2026 EBITDA of at least €1.1bn, above management’s guidance of €1.0–1.05bn. Reaching the €1.1bn target would require approximately €599m in H2 EBITDA—nearly 20% more than in H1.
Despite this strong outlook, the shares trade at approximately 7x EV/EBITDA and 8.6x estimated 2027 earnings. Optima reiterates its Buy rating and €64 price target, implying 42.5% upside, and keeps METLEN among its top picks for 2026.
